Ensuring mobility and developing skills
In its strategy of international expansion, to ensure personnel mobility within the company the Group’s training policy puts a strong emphasis on perfecting and maintaining language skills.
You may also be offered managerial training and coaching to ensure that you reach your optimum level of success and fulfilment.
An ongoing assessment process at all levels complements the system set up to develop both growth in skills and mobility between jobs and internationally.
Courses leading to a qualification have been developed:
- to support you as you settle into your new job and, more particularly, in industrial activities
- to support the acquisition of new know-how.

The induction course
Getting to know brands and activities – a course offered to all new employees to familiarise them with the Group, its roots and its activities.
Management courses
- Giving the youngest managers basic management tools
- For experienced executives, gaining further ground, understanding developments in the business environment. But also developing their capacity to innovate and put new organisational methods in place in a multicultural context.
Job-specific training
Initiation into other activities! By putting you in the shoes of a beauty consultant for a few days, or by working in a customer relations centre to learn to listen to our customers.
Individual training
Customised support – conducting an interview, public speaking, advanced language training, etc.
