As the Yves Rocher Group’s second distribution channel, In-Store Sales are being increasingly deployed in France and internationally.
There are already 1,900 sales outlets for the cosmetics and textile brands, from Paris to Ulan Bator, from Toronto to Shanghai, with more than a hundred new ones opening every year.
The keys to this success? Quality locations and concepts, and an entrepreneurial spirit with increasingly customised services. Since 2005, the Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau brands have been developing their whole chain to offer maximum service to customers – with their large windows, personalised promotions and advice, and information points, a new generation of outlets has been born!

Store Development Manager
You actively seek out the best sites for our future outlets. Involved throughout the administrative and financial set-up process, you seek commercial premises and steer through deals right up to the opening of the outlet
Sector Manager
Reporting to your Regional Director, you coordinate the development of business in some thirty or so outlets.
You support store managers in administering and managing their teams – recruitment, organisation of scheduling, training, etc. You are the link between the teams setting up sales and promotional operations – merchandising, POS, local promotions.
Sales Campaign Manager
You are involved in drawing up the promotional plan and creating brand communication tools to promote the outlet (merchandising, POS, product promotions) and develop customer relations (direct marketing and services).
Sales Analysis Manager
You analyse promotional campaigns and monitor customer databases to fine-tune our knowledge of their behaviour – average shopping basket, product presence rates, etc.
Working closely with the sales campaign managers, you help to draw up the sales plan.
These functions are scalable, with links between activities and brands!
