Toward new markets

" Each customer is a queen and should be treated as one", is the motto that has driven the Group’s Mail Order teams for more than 45 years.

A pioneer, having launched the first Mail Order cosmetics brand, the Group has promoted this model worldwide, adapting it to other brands, from cosmetics to textiles.

At the heart of this marketing network lies the customer, whom we attract through different media – press, leaflets, sponsorship, etc. Everything we learn about her, her tastes and desires, is carefully kept so that we can draw up promotional offers or mailshots which will appeal to her, then ensure she remains loyal to our brand.
For each mailshot, the formula is as follows: a theme, new products, attractive offers and gifts.

Mail Order is the Group’s main distribution channel and continues to enhance its complementary relationship with our other sales networks and to develop in new countries.

Sales Analysis Manager

Working within the sales teams, you are in charge of analysing recruitment or loyalty campaigns and monitoring the customer database. Your tasks cover two major areas: follow-up and analysis of results, participation in drawing up sales offers.

Promotions Manager

You are in charge of drawing up and establishing a long-lasting personalised relationship with a brand’s customers through recruitment or loyalty mailshots. At the heart of direct marketing, you design sales offers (product range, promotions, gifts) and present them (choice of a theme, artwork, slogans).

Campaign Manager

Like the conductor of an orchestra, you are in charge of loyalty and recruitment campaigns for a defined brand and area. To this end, you coordinate a team of promotion managers.

These positions have potential for promotion, with links between activities and brands!
