The foundations of Direct Sales? A genuine social boost, this network gives women the opportunity to have a job in which they meet lots of people, develop their spirit of enterprise and, for some of them, manage a business. This particularly explains the success of Stanhome in Mexico and Venezuela.
The Group’s third ranking distribution channel in terms of turnover, Direct Sales essentially involves Stanhome and Kiotis, both dedicated to this distribution network, as well as the Yves Rocher brand. The unique nature of this sales system favours recurrent high performance in Italy, France, Mexico, Venezuela, Spain and Portugal and, more recently, Russia.

Direct sales network campaign manager
Working within the marketing teams, you design and schedule the sales activity plan aimed at increasing the dynamic edge of the Consultant, Hostess and Customer network. You work from sales analyses and reports to design sales offers that best meet the network’s requirements.
Sales Communications Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, you contribute to the development of our sales coordination policy. You design new training and communication media (magazines, extranet, internet, SMS, etc.) for use by sales consultants. You coordinate the creation and implementation of events to stimulate and challenge the sales force (regional conferences, seminars, etc.).
Divisional Director
Reporting to the Regional Director, you are responsible for coordinating a sales consultant team: management, recruitment and training. You also ensure implementation of the sales policy in your geographical area.
