For you, young graduatesThe know-how of the specialist combined with the pragmatism of a generalist? Research managerYou develop your expertise in a specific area: biotechnology, physical analysis, chemical analysis, microbiology, etc., and encourage interaction with all those involved in product development. Safety AssessorLiaising directly with the Group’s toxicology expert, you validate new raw materials or formulas. You update and monitor the toxicology database. In partnership with research teams and the marketing department, you work on the validation of end products. Cosmetovigilance managerWorking within the safety team, you supervise the treatment of inability to tolerate the Group’s cosmetic products in France and Europe, in liaison with outside medical experts. You actively participate in the drafting of answers to our customers’ questions. FormulatorYou formulate new cosmetic or detergent products. A project manager in your own right, you develop products and contribute to their industrialisation in partnership with raw materials suppliers and the Group’s various expert departments. You organise all formula qualification tests with expert departments. These positions have potential for promotion, with links between activities and brands! |
