«A springboard to international opportunities! »

Pavel,
Operations Director (Malaysia)

Auditing, risk management, human resources, legal, IT, accounts and management control: all these activities support the Group’s everyday business. They come into play before and after every stage in our products’ lifespan. We offer you a focus on Management Control.

The business co-pilot

“Management Control” often implies “control” or “measurement” of the business.
For us, it goes well beyond that and directly contributes to our Group’s sustainable growth.

The management controller at Yves Rocher is a genuine co-pilot for the manager working with him or her. He or she measures and analyses risks with the appropriate tools, but also intervenes widely to boost business, detecting and advising the various activities about growth and development opportunities.

In an integrated Group, covering the whole process from design to marketing of products, there are many possibilities for development: in industry, in retail, in France and in all our subsidiaries.

For you, young graduates

A challenger and a co-pilot’s temperament?

Industrial Management Controller

Within a production or distribution site, you ensure reliable results and analyse disparities. You calculate cost prices and annual transfer prices. You occasionally participate in the analysis and monitoring of cross-disciplinary establishment projects, such as investments or the definition of new job indicators.

Sales Management Controller

Involved in a targeted operational area, you contribute to the fulfilment of business objectives. You analyse results using appropriate indicators, and support managers in your field in the decision-making process, informing them of risks and opportunities

Group Management Controller

Working for Group Management Control, you manage the costs of all management functions (General Management, Human Relations, Legal, etc.).
You draw up, monitor and optimise budgets and ensure the accounts are accurate. Working closely with managers, you are involved in establishing budgets with a concern to optimise ensuring an optimum allocation of resources.

These functions are scalable, with links between activities and brands!
