Isabel Derroisné, Kiotis and Galerie Noémie, the Yves Rocher Group is a major player in the cosmetics industry. In the fields of plant cosmetology, marine biology, anti-ageing skin care, perfumery, aromaology and make-up, each brand develops its own expertise.
The Group also has a presence in the home improvement market with Stanhome, where it develops high-quality products that are ahead of their time.
Textiles are represented in the shape of the Petit Bateau brand.
Three distribution networks
Throughout its history, the Group’s development has been associated with the aim of maintaining a special relationship with its customers. Mail Order, In-Store Sales and Direct Sales : these are all means of establishing a direct and personalised link with them.
The challenge we shall address in the coming years is to get these different networks to interact in order to combine their strengths.
